In data 21 07 2022, in arrivo con frecciarossa 9639, trovo il ragazzo (Palermitano) per trasporto bagagli che mi accompagna dal binario di arrivo al binario 24 , Leonardo exspress. Arrivato, scarica i bagagli, 2 valigie e uno zaino a spalla. A quel punto chiedo quando pago, ha detto "tre bagagli 18 euro". Consegno 20 euro e gli dico di tenere il resto. Stava per andare via quando chiedo la ricevuta, a quel punto, alla mia richiesta, titubante risponde: "a vuole la ricevuta?". Risposta si, che poi chiedo il rimborso alla mia compagnia. Esce una ricevuta piegata della tasca, saluta e va via. Dopo alcuni secondi guardo la ricevuta e vedo che è di 12 euro, come detto dalla mia compagnia oggi pomerigio telefonicamente. Spero di essere contattato da Voi e che l'accaduto sia un avvenimento isolato. In attesa. Saluti
